I'm Jennifer Wright — aerospace engineer for 28 years at Lockheed Martin, now a strategic coach for the women coming up behind me. I've led a 400-person Spacecraft Systems Engineering department, served as Chief Engineer on the next-generation GPS satellite program, and was the first woman to receive the American Astronautical Society Industrial Leadership Award in its first 30 years.
